The methods of payment accepted on DNL Trading are:
Advanced Bank transfer - usually credited within 3 days of making the bank transfer. We do not proceed with the order until the payment is received, identified and cleared through the banking system. You will receive an e-mail after you have completed your order process which contains the necessary information to make your payment. The details of the bank transfer must include the reference of the order (order number and date ), which is stated in the e-mail confirmation of the order. Once the bank transfer is made it is advised to send an e-mail to sales@dnltrading.com to confirm the bank transfer has been made in order to reserve the products ordered. Credit Card or Debit Card by our virtual Pos circuit BNL Bank - BNP Paribas Group - Paying by credit card or debit card the payment will be immediate, once the payment has been received, the goods will normally be shipped within 24 hours. The customer will be redirected at the end of the order process by DNL Trading to a secure (SSL 128 bits) encrypted page of our authorized payment institution BNP Paribas to conclude the transaction. You can enter your card details in complete safety and assurance that the information will be forwarded directly to BNP Paribas without DNL Trading being able to view your card details. The amount to be charged to your card will be charged on confirmation of the order. With card payments you will not be charged any type of supplement.
In case of order cancellation, either by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance of the order by DNL Trading, the amount will be refunded on your credit card or debit card. The cancellation is possible until the order is still not in the process of being prepared. Order status is clearly visible in the "Order Status" by logging in to ''My Account'' and entering the section ''My Orders''. The order is no longer cancellable if the words "Order Processing" appear in the order status. We advice our European customers to use either Card payment, PayPal or Satispay in order to receive your items in the fastest way.
PayPal - Paying by PayPal or Credit/Debit Card the payment will be immediate, once the payment has been received, the goods will normally be shipped within 24 hours. The customer will be redirected at the end of the order process by DNL Trading to a secure (SSL3) encrypted page of PayPal's website to conclude the transaction. You can enter your PayPal account details or pay with any Credit/Prepaid Card (Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, SisalPay, Mastercard, American Express etc.) in complete safety and assurance that the information will be forwarded directly to PayPal without DNL Trading being able to view your account details. The amount to be charged to your PayPal account or Card will be charged on confirmation of the order. With PayPal payments you will not be charged any type of supplement. For this method of payment, considering that we do not charge commission costs to our customers, in the event of a refund, the commissions applied by the credit institution will not be reimbursed.

Klarna - Paying by instalments with Klarna the payment will be immediate if accepted by Klarna. The outcome of the instalment payment will take a few minutes from the time of purchase. Once the payment is received, the goods are normally shipped within 24 hours.

SOISY - Paying by Soisy Finance the payment will be immediate if the loan is accepted by Soisy. The outcome of the loan will take a few minutes from the time of purchase. Once the payment is received, the goods are normally shipped within 24 hours. Soisy is a payment institution authorized and supervised by the Bank of Italy, present in Italy since 2015. Soisy allows investors to lend money to affiliated e-commerce buyers, to pay in installments with loans at more advantageous conditions than the traditional banking channels.
With Soisy you can easily pay your purchases in monthly installments on the DNL Trading site choosing from 3 to 12 installments, with very advantageous rates, and in some periods even with a zero interest rate.
Conditions necessary to request SOISY payment:

• An active Italian bank account (To indicate an IBAN to which the monthly payment of the installment will be debited)
How does it work:
After confirming the order in the check out phase, choose '' SOISY - Paga a rate '' as the payment method and you will be redirected directly to the Soisy platform to request the loan directly from your PC or smartphone:
1. By entering your codice fiscale, the desired number of installments and the information requested about your occupation, you will receive a quote.
2. If you are happy with the choice of installments and accept, you will be asked for further information (address, income info, IBAN and on what day of the month you wish to pay the installment, ...)
3. Your request will be evaluated in a few minutes and the purchase can be financed by paying it in installments from the following month.
If the evaluation outcome is positive, within 24 hours Soisy reserves a maximum of 24 hours for document checks and anti-fraud investigations: if everything is correct, it will confirm the positive outcome and you will be able to sign the contract online (by entering a code that you will receive via text message) .
Conclusion and confirmation of the order:
The order will be considered effective and the goods will be processed only upon confirmation of loan disbursement.

Satispay - Paying by Satispay the payment will be immediate, once the payment has been received, the goods will normally be shipped within 24 hours. By selecting this method of payment, you must already have an account with Satispay and when selecting this method of payment in the shopping cart on DNL Trading enter the mobile number associated with your Satispay account. Once the order is placed, you will receive a notification on your smartphone or tablet where you will be asked to authorize the payment. DNL Trading will wait 20 minutes to receive this approval. In case of approval, the order will be entered and processed. If you refuse the transaction, or try to place an order for an amount higher than your available budget on Satispay or the 20 minutes time limit for the transaction expire, the order will not be added to the system and, therefore, will not be processed.

Delivery of Goods:
The delivery of the goods purchased on DNL Trading are covered mainly by both national couriers and international couriers 'Bartolini-BRT', 'DPD', 'GLS', 'SDA Express Courier', 'UPS' or 'DHL Express Courier' throughout Europe.
The order will be considered executive after the conclusion online of the order process. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours on average. If the items ordered cannot be shipped within the time specified above, the customer will be notified by e-mail of change of shipping times and the maximum time for delivery so as the Customer can decide whether to confirm or cancel the order.
The price of delivery is paid by the customer and varies depending on the weight and destination of delivery, except for periodical special offers made by DNL Trading.
In any case, the delivery price is displayed in the summary of each order before confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Customers unfortunately do not have the option at the time of delivery by the courier to open the packaging to verify that the product corresponds to that ordered, only after the acceptance of the package, the customer can check the contents. We firmly advice at the moment of receiving the package to check for obvious damage on the box / packaging. If the package is not compliant or has slight damage, we recommend NOT to accept or to accept only signing the courier's receipt with the words "Accept with reserve'' and a detailed description of the damage visible to the outside of the box (example: "wet box'', ''open box'', ''parcel slightly dented on the top right hand side'', etc.) followed by the signature all written in a readable manner. However, notably in cases of serious damage (eg packaging completely ruined) the customer should not accept the delivery and return the goods to the sender indicated on the receipt of the courier.
Also an e-mail must be sent by the client to customercare@dnltrading.com within 24 hours of delivery / refusal to inform us of the event. Customers please note that DNL Trading assumes no responsibility on delivered / withdrawal / substitution in the event of damage of the inner and outer packaging after accepting the items and not respecting the procedure explained above. Any request for reimbursement relating to such damages shall be automatically rejected. Any defects in the functioning of product not due to damage in transportation are normally covered by the warranty.
Invoice Documents:
All orders will be accompanied by a packing list or a valid shipping document which may be found inside one of the packages or applied on the outside of the package. The invoice will be sent in electronic format and the courtesy copy will be sent by e-mail (a copy can be downloaded in the "My Account" section). For customers outside Italy the invoice will be sent via e-mail and a copy can also be downloaded in the "My Account" section.
Import taxes and customs duties:
The products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible to predict in any way if and what costs will be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods.
