Guarantee and After-Sales:
All products sold on DNL Trading.it are provided with guarantee and after sales service. The guarantee on the products is 2 years for residential customers and 1 year for purchases made with European VAT number as per Italian Legislative Decree Law 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. n.57, 8.3.2002) It may vary depending on products and brand choice, with possible extensions to longer guarantee previously purchased by the customer or any guarantees offered by manufacturers of longer periods.
The application of the guarantee will be in Italy for all the manufacturers that provide this service in locations in Italy, simply go to any authorized service center with the receipt issued by us, otherwise a regular European guarantee will apply for European customers. For the products of our distribution sold on our site DNL Trading as distributor will be directly responsible in providing such guarantees in compliance with actual laws in force in Italy. In cases where the guarantee is not provided directly by the manufacturer or should the product immediately present manufacturing defects or malfunction occurs it should be reported to our email address: customercare@dnltrading.com and a request made for a RMA. You will receive an email containing the RMA number with all the information for packaging and shipping.
Any malfunction of the products must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of goods for a complete replacement of the product if entitled to, otherwise the regular rules of guarantee will be applied. The product even if defective, subject to replacement has to be returned in its complete package, complete of all accessories and any documents received by the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without the original packaging, accessories and any documents referred to above will incur in the non replacement of the product .
DNL Trading reserves the right to verify the actual defects stated by the customer and make a replacement of the product only after inspection.
The costs of returning the products will be charged to the customer .
The money back guarantee cannot be used in any case for defective products. In fact the client cannot exercise the money back guarantee in case of defective products, the product must be repaired or replaced abiding the terms of law and manufacturer guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover:
- Damages caused by transport (read in "delivery of goods'')
- Dents, scratches, damage not caused by manufacturing defects, but by an incorrect use of the object.
- Damage caused by an unauthorized technician.
- Damage caused by force majeure (eg an atmospheric event).
- Damage caused by incorrect use by the customer.
The Service Center carrying out the guarantee repairs of the product reserves the right to refuse the application of the guarantee should just one of the exemptions mentioned above be found as cause of damage to the object and in this case DNL Trading is not liable or responsible on the decision made by the Service Center.
The product submitted in guarantee must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
The delivery charges for sending / receiving the goods will be borne by the customer.
Goods will not be accepted at our premises without permission.
