Payment Methods, Shipping and Delivery Information
DNL Trading offers several secure and traceable payment methods, relying exclusively on recognised financial partners and protected connections to ensure maximum security for every purchase.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability and the time required to verify the selected payment method.
Many products are available directly from our warehouses or from those of our logistics partners. Should delivery times differ from those indicated due to stock availability or supply chain requirements, customers will be informed promptly and may choose whether to confirm or cancel their order.
Payment Methods

Bank Transfer
Payment can be made by standard bank transfer or, where available through your bank, by SEPA Instant Bank Transfer.
The payment reference must include the order number and order date, as indicated in the order confirmation e-mail received at the end of the checkout process.
To facilitate payment verification and speed up order processing, customers are advised to send a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to:

Upon receipt of the payment confirmation, DNL Trading will, where possible, reserve the ordered goods pending the actual credit of the payment.
As soon as the payment has been credited to DNL Trading's bank account, the order will be processed and, subject to product availability, will normally be dispatched within 24 business hours.

Credit & Debit Cards (BNL Axepta - BNP Paribas Group)
Payments can be made securely using major credit and debit cards through the BNL Axepta – BNP Paribas Group payment platform.
Card details are transmitted directly to the payment service provider via secure encrypted connections and are never stored or accessible by DNL Trading.
Payment authorisation is normally immediate and, unless otherwise indicated, orders are processed as soon as payment has been successfully confirmed.
No additional charges or surcharges are applied for payments made by credit or debit card.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled until they enter the processing stage.
Order status can be checked at any time by logging into My Account and accessing the My Orders section.
Once an order reaches the status "Processing", cancellation is no longer possible.
If an order is cancelled either by the Customer or due to non-acceptance by DNL Trading, any amount already paid will be refunded to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase.
PayPal
Customers may choose to pay quickly and securely using PayPal.
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can complete your purchase using a credit or debit card through the PayPal payment platform, without creating a PayPal account.
Subject to eligibility and approval by PayPal, the following payment options may also be available:

No additional charges or surcharges are applied by DNL Trading for payments made through PayPal.
As DNL Trading absorbs all PayPal transaction fees, in the event of a refund, any fees retained by the payment service provider may not be refundable, in accordance with PayPal's applicable terms and conditions.

Klarna
Customers may pay for their purchases using Klarna, one of Europe's leading payment service providers, allowing the purchase amount to be divided into instalments according to the payment options available at checkout and subject to Klarna's approval.
Once the application has been approved by Klarna, payment is normally confirmed within a short time and the order is then processed by DNL Trading.
Pay in 3 Interest-Free Instalments
Where available and approved by Klarna, customers may divide the purchase into three interest-free instalments.
The first instalment is charged when the order is confirmed, while the remaining two instalments are automatically charged every 30 days.

For purchases made through Klarna, payment is processed according to Klarna's procedures and, in the case of the "Pay in 3" service, the first instalment is normally charged only after DNL Trading has accepted the order.
If an order is cancelled before acceptance, any payment authorisation will be cancelled or any amount already charged will be refunded in accordance with Klarna's procedures and processing times.
Privacy
In order to offer Klarna payment methods, certain personal information, including contact details and order information, may be shared with Klarna during checkout so that Klarna can assess the customer's eligibility for its payment services.
Personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
Satispay
Customers may also pay securely using Satispay, the digital payment service that allows purchases to be completed quickly and conveniently directly from a smartphone.
To use this payment method, customers must have an active Satispay account linked to the mobile phone number used during registration.
After selecting Satispay during checkout, the customer will receive a notification through the Satispay App requesting payment authorisation.
The order will be confirmed only after the payment has been authorised by the customer.
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, DNL Trading will proceed with order processing as quickly as possible.
Costs
No additional charges or surcharges are applied by DNL Trading for payments made via Satispay.

Businesses, professionals and Public Sector Organisations may apply for Operating Lease and Leasing solutions for the purchase of professional technology products and complete IT solutions.
DNL Trading currently collaborates with Grenke, a leading provider of financing solutions for business equipment and information technology.

Approval of any finance application remains entirely at the discretion of the finance provider, which evaluates each application according to its own internal criteria and procedures.

Delivery Information
Shipments are entrusted to carefully selected national and international couriers, including:
Courier Selection
During the checkout process, customers may, where available, select their preferred courier from those offered.
In order to provide the best possible service, DNL Trading reserves the right to use a different courier where the selected service is not suitable due to the delivery destination, shipment characteristics or logistical requirements.
In all cases, an equivalent delivery service will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Order Processing Times
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 business hours, unless otherwise specified on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.
Should additional processing time be required, the customer will be informed promptly and may decide whether to confirm or cancel the order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are automatically calculated according to the weight, dimensions and destination of the products ordered.
The applicable shipping cost is always displayed before the order is finally confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges include insurance coverage against loss or damage during transport, at no additional cost to the customer.
Delivery by Appointment
For selected products and subject to destination and courier availability, customers may request delivery by appointment.
Where available, this service is subject to an additional charge, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
If the request is made after the order has been placed, DNL Trading will verify the availability of the service with the courier and communicate any additional cost before activating the service.
For special shipments or deliveries requiring specific arrangements, our staff will be pleased to assist in identifying, wherever possible, the most suitable transport solution.
Receiving Your Goods

Prompt notification will enable us to handle the claim with the courier more efficiently.
Customers are also advised to retain the original packaging until the product has been fully inspected and verified to be in perfect working order.
Tax Documents
A tax document is issued for every order in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Where required by Italian law, electronic invoices are transmitted through the Italian Exchange System (Sistema di Interscambio – SdI).
A courtesy copy of the invoice is sent by e-mail and is also available within the My Account area.
Import Duties & Customs Charges
Orders delivered within Italy or other European Union Member States are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or other import charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.
Any such charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to contact the customs authorities of the destination country in advance to obtain information regarding any applicable duties or import taxes.
Should the recipient refuse delivery, any shipping costs, return shipping charges, customs clearance fees and import duties incurred will remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
