The SPS-260 is completely free of wires, designed to protect yards, drive ways, gardens and all types of other external locations. With a rechargeable solar-power battery, it can work with other wireless sirens on the same system. For smaller premises, it can also work as an on-site alarm system when paired with other accessories, such as remote controls, door/window contact sensors and PIR detectors, on the same radio frequency.

The SPS-260 wireless outdoor solar-powered siren generates a strong visible and audible alarm. The emitted sound of 110dB is easily distinguishable from other alarms for the particular alternation of sound output typical of this device. 

The siren is also equipped with protections against tampering and the opening of the housing. The internal backup battery guarantees operation for up to 45 days without light. More sirens can be connected to the same control panel as well as more control panels can be connected to the same siren.

The wireless outdoor siren SPS-260 can operate in two different operating modes:

1. Siren Mode: In combination with the alarm system. Triggering a state of emergency the siren sounds and flashes to the preset period of minutes (from 1 to 10 minutes). To end the state of emergency you must deactivate the alarm system. Each control panel can control as many sirens that are considered necessary.

2. Control Panel Mode: In direct combination with all compatible sensors to the same control panels. The siren operates like a control panel, it is operated by the remote control RC-80 and it is controlled directly from the sensors coupled to it. For every siren you can combine up to 40 remote controls and sensors. This mode turns out to be suitable for the protection of small areas that doesn't require telephone communication.
